Catalyst Connects offers free, one-off 30-minute mentoring sessions for young Black women aged 18–25, whether you’re working, studying, looking for work, exploring your next steps, or not currently in education or employment. It’s a space to get honest guidance, real-world insight and encouragement from a Black woman who is a few steps ahead in her journey.
Through our online form, you’ll be able to choose from available mentors and book a time that works for you. Your session could focus on career direction, applications, confidence, your CV or cover letter, or navigating a new stage of work or study.
By the end of your 30-minute session, you’ll leave with more clarity, encouragement and practical next steps.
