Our awesome community of volunteer mentors help us to make a positive impact in the lives of the Black girls that we work with.

Catalyst Mentors are the heart of our organisation and we're looking for committed and inspiring Black women from all walks of life.

Whether you're an artist, a junior doctor, a solicitor or anything in between, if you're keen to support a young Black girl, we'd love to hear from you!

Mentoring FAQs

Where do mentors need to be located?

As mentoring meetings primarily take place online, mentors can based anywhere in the UK. Our partner schools in London, so most mentees will be based there.

You may find it easier to participate in the full programme if you live or work near to London, but there are many instances where a fully virtual mentoring approach works well. We ask all mentors and mentees to attend an end of year celebration event which takes place in Central London.
